Today, Millimo Inc. is a Delaware-incorporated technology company with a research and development center in Nepal and operational headquarters in New York City. The team builds three core products — MTITAN, KAALASTRA, and Millimo ONE — that together form a composable stack for verified data infrastructure, from enterprise integrity enforcement to offline-first business management.

Building Infrastructure from Emerging Markets for Global Impact

Aditya Yadav founded Millimo Inc. with the conviction that the best infrastructure engineering does not require Silicon Valley overhead. He established the company's R&D center in Nepal, assembling a team of systems engineers who build production-grade infrastructure that serves both enterprise clients in the United States and small businesses across South Asia.

Under his leadership, Millimo has developed three distinct products — MTITAN for enterprise data integrity, KAALASTRA for AI coordination, and Millimo ONE for offline-first SME management — each addressing a specific layer of the data infrastructure challenge. The company was incorporated in Delaware in 2025 and established its operational presence at 1325 Avenue of the Americas in New York City.

July 2023

R&D Center Founded in Nepal

Established the engineering team in Nepal to build verified data infrastructure. Began development of what would become MTITAN, focusing on data integrity challenges observed in enterprise AI workflows.

2024

Products Enter Production

MTITAN and Millimo ONE reached production deployment, serving enterprise and SME customers across Nepal and India. Adoption driven by product quality and word-of-mouth in local business communities.

2025

Delaware Incorporation & NYC HQ

Incorporated as Millimo AI R&D in Delaware. Established operational presence at 1325 Avenue of the Americas, New York, NY. Began KAALASTRA development for temporal AI coordination capabilities.
